All Online Forms must be printed and mailed. Forms may not be submitted online. Any of the following forms can be sent to Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation 11425 Torrey Road, Fenton MI 48430 or faxed to (810)591-0092.

Scholarship Form
Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation would like to annouce the availability of scholarships for students with a financial need and an interest in registering for Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation programs. Accepted applicants can receive up to $100 toward programming (one scholarship per participant, per year). Applications should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the program start date. Applications could take up to 10 days to process.

Eligible applicants are:
- Residents of the Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation District (City of Fenton, Fenton Township, City of Linden)
- Have been accepted in the free/reduced school lunch program
- Up to age 18

To apply applicants must submit:
- a completed scholarship application
- a completed registration form for the program/participant
- a letter of acceptance into the free/reduced school lunch program (issued by the food service departmen) and/or your 1040 tax form from previous year.

If you do not meet all of the requirements to receive a scholarship, please note that Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation can set up payment plans. Full payment should to be made by the last class. To set up a payment plan, register in either Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation office. You will not be able to set up a payment plan when registering online.

For Fenton Schools facility usage, complete the Fenton Facility Use Form and fax to (810)591-8343 or go to the City of Fenton branch of Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation in the Fenton Intermediate School.


Some fees may apply to renters. For quotes on Lake Fenton Building Usage contact Jaime at (810)591-0080. For quotes on Fenton Building Usage contact Robin at (810)591-8360.
