Inclement Weather:
If Fenton and/or Lake Fenton Schools are closed due to inclement weather, all SLP&R daytime and evening activities will be canceled.
 

Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation's Spring Special Events:

Formal Dress Sale

This event scheduled for Sunday, March 14 has been canceled.

 Mother & Son Dance-Shamrock, Rock!

This is a wonderful opportunity for mothers and sons to spend quality time together! Enjoy refreshments
     and  music together. Friday, March 19, 6:00-8:00 pm at the Fenton Community and Cultural Center. Please call
     810-591-0080 with any questions.

Boys' Night Out! 

This event gives boys the opportunity to play video games and sports, be wild and have fun! Fee: $7 in advance, $10 at the door. Friday, April 9, 6:00-8:00 pm, Premier Indoor Sports.

 Pitch, Hit & Run

This competition provides boys and girls the opportunity to showcase their skills and advance through four levels of competition. The top place boy and girl winner in each age group will be able to move on to the sectional host. Ages 7-14. Saturday, April 24, competition begins at 1:00 pm, AGS baseball fields. Please call 810-591-0080 with any questions. Free event however pre-registration is required.

Open Gym Information:

Swim & Gym
Our free swim & gym program has started!! This program will run on Sundays through March 28, 2010 at Fenton High School. The pool, gym, and the weight room will be open to the public from 6:00pm - 8:00 pm.

Want to shoot around? Looking to play some basketball or just practice your shot? Come check out our Open Basketball programs!!  

Youth Open Gym is held at the Lake Fenton Middle School on Sundays from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm and on Thursdays from 7:30 pm-9:00 pm January 14-April 29. There is no cost for this program.

Adult Open Basketball will be held on Tuesdays at the Lake Fenton Middle School from 8:00-10:00 pm from January 12-March 30.  
Admission is $3.00 per person
