Inclement Weather

If Fenton and/or Lake Fenton Schools are closed due to inclement weather, all SLP&R daytime and evening activities will be canceled.

Southern Lakes Parks and Recreations "Gym Stars" Gymnastics program (formerly Fenton Gymnastics)
will be running at Hyatt Elementary School in Linden in their main gym for the summer program!

Wii-kend Activities

Enjoy great family fun with our new "Wii-kend" activities. Enjoy an open family recreation time at the Fenton Community & Cultural Center. There will be Wii gaming systems available to play.
August 8: 2-4pm
September 12: 2-4pm
Fee: $1.00 per person

Monday, July 26
Moonlight Paddle 

6:00 pm dinner at Tee-Bone’z & Full Moon paddle to Linden-Join us at Tee Bone’z at 6:00pm to drop off kayaks and take cars to Linden and shuttle back. We’ll have dinner on the deck then launch for our moonlight paddle at 8:00pm. This is a short trip, probably 45 minutes, so there should be some daylight left. If you do not have a boat, canoes and kayaks can be rented from Fairbanks Canoes and Kayaks, daf234@aol.com or 248-705-9972. Fenton Youth Tackle Football & Cheer League:

Registration for Youth Tackle Football is closed, we are still taking registrations for coaches, assistant coaches and cheerleaders

Open Gym Information:

Want to shoot around? Looking to play some basketball or just practice your shot? Come check out our Open Basketball programs!!  

Youth Open Gym is held at the Lake Fenton High School on Sundays from 12:00pm-3:00pm and on Thursdays from 7:30pm-9:00pm. 
Runs June 27-August 29.  There is no cost for this program.  (No Open Gym on July 4, 8, 15, or 22)

Adult Open Gym offered for Mondays, July 12, 19, 26 from 6:00pm-8:00pm. $3.00 per person
